Born on August 1, 1985, “in the lap of a traveling car salesman with a nosebleed” in Perth Amboy, NJ, Ben Dudden was born ready for a colorful life.  After having lived in nearby Hazlet, NJ until his 6th grade year, his family relocated to Afton, NY, where he stayed until his high school graduation, and during that period, both created and nearly completed the award-winning*, world-renowned* comic strip series Off The Deep End.

Ben Dudden now lives in a studio apartment in Center City Philadelphia, where, come March '07, he will be earning a Bachelors’ Degree in Media Arts & Animation from the Art Institute. In that time, he has created numerous ideas, only started maybe a few of them, and finished even less. In five years, he hopes to be still living around the city or someplace similar, with a dog and a woman to be named later.

He is currently working on a few top-secret projects that he wishes he could tell you all about, but can't... yet. Except for the Off The Deep End compilation book, he can tell you about that. But won't. Okay, just ask nicely.
